Montmorency Falls

It is a large waterfall on the Montmorency river in Quebec, Canada. The waterfalls are 83 m (272′) tall, a full 30 m (99′) higher than Niagara Falls.

Suspension bridge over the fall

Location

The fall is located on the boundary between the borough of Beauport and Boischatel just a few minutes from downtown Québec City (about 12 km).

Staircases up to the top of the fall

How to Access

There are staircases that allow visitors to view the falls from several different perspectives.

A Suspension bridge over the crest of the falls provides access to both sides of the park. Also a Cable Car carries you up to the top and get some great photos of the falls and surrounding cliffs.
